• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 12-hour days

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio or an active compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent ICU experience required
• At least 1 year of critical care or ICU experience required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification preferred or required based on facility compliance
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty required
• Required certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission
• Must complete required onboarding assessments during orientation
• Must be able to meet facility compliance and pre-start screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled bedside care for critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, interpret clinical changes, and respond quickly to emerging needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and provider orders
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient updates clearly
• Follow unit protocols, safety standards, and evidence-based critical care nursing practices
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment
