Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma or a valid multi-state RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Epic experience required
• At least 1 year of recent ICU, critical care, or related acute care experience preferred
• Strong understanding of disease state management, clinical pathways, and the biopsychosocial model
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to remain detail-oriented when reviewing clinical and numerical data
• Completion of an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process
• Provide safe, high-quality care for assigned patients in a critical care environment
• Individualize plans of care based on patient needs, age, and psychosocial factors
• Prioritize nursing interventions and respond effectively to changing patient conditions
• Document assessments, interventions, outcomes, and care plans accurately and thoroughly
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and timely referrals as appropriate
• Contribute to unit quality improvement, education, and mandatory training activities
• Complete variance reports and follow established clinical policies and procedures
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and professionalism in a complex care setting
