We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse for a travel RN position in Concord, NH. • Floating: May be required to stepdown, ED holds, med surg with modified assignment, or other designated units
• EMR: Cerner experience preferred

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of ICU experience required; candidates near the 2-year mark should demonstrate confidence, independence, and adaptability
• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Preferred certifications include TNCC, PALS, and CCRN
• CVICU experience is highly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Up-to-date resume, skills checklist, license verification, and requested time-off details must be available at submission
• Ability to work independently in a high-acuity, fast-paced critical care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient condition, assess changes quickly, and respond appropriately in a critical care setting
• Manage and support complex equipment and therapies, including balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infusers
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver evidence-based patient care
• Float to related units when needed while maintaining excellent patient care standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth patient transitions throughout the shift
• Contribute to a positive, professional team environment focused on quality outcomes
