• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Neuro-Progressive, Stepdown, or ICU experience
• Progressive Care Unit or Med-Surg rotation experience preferred
• Epic electronic medical record experience required
• Ability to complete a Neuro-Progressive competency exam and skills checklist upon offer
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital nursing environment
• Blue scrubs required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to progressive care and stepdown patients
• Monitor and assess patients with complex neurological and medical needs
• Administer medications and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record using Epic
• Respond to changes in patient condition with strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach in every interaction
• Support unit workflow and contribute to a positive, collaborative healthcare team environment
