Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room or Emergency Department nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment
• Comfort with 12-hour night shift scheduling
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the emergency department
• Perform rapid assessments, monitor patient status, and prioritize care appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, ED staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely interventions
• Respond to changing patient conditions with professionalism, urgency, and clinical judgment
• Document patient care accurately and maintain high standards of patient safety
• Support a compassionate, patient-centered environment focused on quality emergency care
