• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,360 - $2,480
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend / every other holiday
• Charting System: Epic preferred
• Travel Experience: First-time travelers welcome

Job Requirements

• Active New Jersey RN license at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
• Recent specialty experience within the last 12 months preferred
• Experience caring for antepartum, laboring, and high-risk OB patients in a high-acuity environment
• Ability to complete onboarding compliance and dysrhythmia testing during orientation
• Flexible team player with strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring, antepartum, and high-risk obstetric patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support patients throughout labor, delivery, and recovery with clinical expertise and patient-centered care
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary team members to promote excellent maternal and neonatal outcomes
• Assist with care in the High-Risk OB setting as needed within scope of practice
• Document nursing care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced specialty maternity unit
