• Floating: May float within scope to IMC as needed

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 2 years of ICU or strong critical care nursing experience preferred; 3 years preferred overall
• Travel nursing experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic charting experience required
• Strong experience with patient ratios of 1:2
• No first-time travelers
• Ability to work every other weekend and some holidays
• Comfortable floating to IMC within scope

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bedside care to critically ill adults in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Monitor and manage complex patients with cardiovascular, trauma, stroke, and neuro diagnoses
• Administer and titrate vasoactive, cardiac, and sedation-related therapies as ordered
• Support ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced critical care interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, rapid response, and other interdisciplinary team members
• Document accurately in Epic and maintain clear communication throughout the shift
• Respond to changing patient conditions and prioritize safe, timely interventions
• Float to IMC when needed and work within clinical scope to support unit needs
