• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
• Weekend Rotation: Rotating weekends
• Call: None
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Charting System: Meditech
• Patient Ratio: 1:5

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• ADN or BSN required
• Experience with IV therapy, Foley catheters, pain management, and EMAR
• Comfort working with adult and geriatric patients, with occasional pediatric patients
• Friendly, compassionate team player with a strong commitment to quality patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult, geriatric, and occasional pediatric patients on a Med/Surg unit
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and support pain management plans
• Perform Foley catheter care and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support safe, effective treatment plans
• Care for patients with common diagnoses such as COPD, pneumonia, hip fractures, AMS, falls, UTI, and abdominal pain
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining a positive, team-oriented approach
