Job Requirements

• Active multi-state or Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
• At least 2 years of RN experience, preferably in emergency nursing or an acute care setting
• Epic experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• ENPC and TNCC are a plus

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Deliver safe, effective emergency room care to patients across a variety of acuity levels
• Individualize nursing care plans based on patient needs, age, and psychosocial factors
• Prioritize care, respond to changing conditions, and communicate effectively with the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in the medical record
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and appropriate referrals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to promote positive outcomes
• Contribute to quality improvement, educational activities, and unit standards
