• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,800 - $2,940

• Call Requirement: No overnight call; callback coverage may be required 2-4 times per month between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Dress Code: Business casual or scrubs in any color

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Home health nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with EPIC and OASIS documentation
• Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality skilled nursing care in the home health setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 20-25 patients with an expectation of 5-6 visits per day
• Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation and charting in EPIC
• Deliver care for adult med-surg, oncology, cardiac, neurological, respiratory, wound care, GI/GU, and related patient populations
• Perform nursing interventions such as IV therapy, tube feed support, VAC dressing care, compression wraps, port access, ostomy care, and catheter-related care as needed
• Collaborate with the care team to support safe, effective, and patient-centered outcomes
• Use assigned clinical equipment responsibly and return all issued items at the end of the assignment
