- Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460–$1,540

Job Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care, telemetry, step-down, or Progressive Care Unit experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification
- Experience caring for stroke patients, cardiac drips, continuous BiPAP, and post-procedure patients preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Compassionate, flexible, and dependable bedside nursing approach
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to progressive care and step-down patients
- Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry and advanced respiratory support
- Manage cardiac drips, stroke protocols, seizure precautions, and post-procedure recovery needs
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the EMR
- Work closely with physicians, charge nurses, and support staff to promote excellent patient outcomes
- Support a positive, patient-centered unit culture built on teamwork and integrity
