• Duration: 21 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: Approximately 75% weekends required
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
• EMR: EPIC

ICU RN Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and a strong ICU background
• Minimum of 3 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Experience caring for sedated, intubated, and pressor-dependent patients
• Comfortable floating to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU, and IMC as needed
• Ability to adapt quickly to different patient populations and assignments
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Flexibility to support multiple assignments during a shift when needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality critical care nursing to critically ill patients across multiple ICU settings
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition with urgency and professionalism
• Support patients requiring advanced ICU interventions and close clinical observation
• Float between critical care and intermediate care units based on staffing needs and experience
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain a calm, flexible, and patient-focused approach in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Promote excellent patient outcomes through strong clinical judgment and teamwork
