Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience, preferably in an Emergency Department or acute care setting
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency nursing environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and priorities

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with urgent and emergent medical conditions
• Perform rapid assessments, triage patients, and prioritize care based on acuity
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the care team to support timely treatment and stabilization
• Document nursing care accurately while maintaining patient safety and quality standards
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy emergency room setting
