- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shifts per Week: Typically 3 shifts per week
- Duration: 16-18 weeks
- Rotation: Every other weekend and every other holiday
- Setting: 24-bed high-acuity ICU with potential overflow capacity
- Patient Population: Adult and geriatric patients
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or compact licensure eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
- ACLS and BLS required
- NIHSS required
- Dysrhythmia exam required
- Experience with critical care equipment and advanced monitoring preferred
- ECMO experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to float to other levels of care as needed
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
- Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses
- Administer medications and manage complex therapies in accordance with nursing standards
- Monitor hemodynamics and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
- Support patients requiring advanced respiratory support and life-sustaining modalities
- Collaborate closely with intensivists, interdisciplinary team members, and support staff
- Assist with care related to ventilators, pressors, CRRT, IABP, Impella, SWAN, and ECMO when applicable
- Promote patient safety, infection control, and quality outcomes at all times
- Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families during critical illness
