Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience preferred
• Progressive Care Unit, step-down unit, telemetry, or other monitored care experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively on night shift in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Reliable, patient-focused, and adaptable to changing patient needs

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Progressive Care Unit setting
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and thoroughly
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and efficient care environment for patients and families
