Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license required
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg or acute care nursing experience required
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented hospital environment
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and unit workflow

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg patients in an acute care setting
• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Support discharge planning and patient/family education
• Promote a positive, healing environment for patients and families
