• Shift: Days with on-call rotation
• Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
• Call Schedule: One night per week and one weekend per month

Job Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 3 years of Registered Nurse experience
• At least 1 year of critical care nursing experience
• Cardiovascular intervention or Cath Lab experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Successful completion of EKG testing
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient safety skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for patients in the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology setting
• Perform assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluation of patient care
• Administer medications and treatments according to established policies and standards
• Develop and implement individualized patient plans of care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families using clear, supportive communication
• Collaborate closely with physicians, cardiology staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support patient safety, quality improvement, and professional nursing practice
• Respond appropriately to complex clinical situations and on-call needs
