Job Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent ICU experience
• Active Ohio RN license or active compact license in hand at the time of submission
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the ICU specialty from the past 12 months
• All required credentials must be active and in hand at submission; pending items are not accepted
• Willingness to complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Ability to complete standard pre-start onboarding, modules, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to critically ill ICU patients in a high-acuity hospital setting
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to clinical needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold patient safety standards
• Deliver exceptional bedside care as a registered nurse in a fast-paced critical care environment
