Job Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing or critical care staff experience
• Experience caring for trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Trauma Level One experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Ability to complete a competency test within 24 hours of submission
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill ICU patients
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes quickly, and respond appropriately in a fast-paced critical care setting
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions in accordance with ICU standards
• Document care accurately using Epic
• Support patients and families with professionalism, compassion, and clear communication
• Maintain compliance with unit procedures, safety standards, and dress code expectations
