• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,530 - $1,610
• Location: Springdale, Arkansas (Northwest Arkansas)

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN or ER nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a high-acuity, fast-moving emergency care environment
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for this travel assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a busy Emergency Department / ER setting
• Assess, monitor, and stabilize patients with urgent and emergent medical needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely, effective care
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and prioritize care appropriately
• Maintain a calm, professional presence while delivering compassionate emergency nursing care
