Job Details

• Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Location: Salida, Colorado 81201
• Start Date: October 5, 2026
• Contract Duration: 12 weeks
• Schedule: 4 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,500 - $2,630
• Call Requirements: Call rotation included with weekday and weekend coverage shared equitably among the team

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or a compact state
• Current CPR certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS or PEARS certification
• At least 1 year of recent operating room nursing experience preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient safety skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical and perioperative environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in the operating room (OR) setting
• Assist with surgical procedures and maintain strict sterile technique
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members
• Monitor patients throughout the surgical process and support positive outcomes
• Participate in call rotation as scheduled
• Support efficient workflow and uphold high standards of patient care
