Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• Procedural Sedation Module from AHA required
• Experience in med-surg, emergency nursing, observation, swing bed, and outpatient infusion preferred
• Ability to work nights and adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Active license and certifications must be available on profile

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate patient care across Med-Surg and Emergency Department patient populations
• Care for patients with common diagnoses such as CHF, COPD, pneumonia, UTI, altered mental status, failure to thrive, and post-op orthopedic needs
• Support patient flow in inpatient, observation, swing bed, ER, and outpatient infusion settings
• Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver timely, high-quality treatment
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes in condition, and document care accurately in the EMR
• Maintain a calm, professional presence while delivering exceptional bedside nursing care
