Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room or perioperative nursing experience required
  • BLS certification required
  • Strong understanding of surgical workflow, sterile technique, and OR best practices
  • Ability to complete required onboarding and compliance documentation

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room
  • Assist the surgical team with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient support as needed
  • Maintain a sterile environment and follow established surgical protocols
  • Monitor patients, document care, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Support efficient workflow, patient safety, and excellent surgical outcomes throughout the day
