Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing or acute care RN experience
• Current required certifications prior to start
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity emergency care environment
• Ability to adapt quickly and provide excellent patient care as part of a collaborative healthcare team

Emergency Department Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient nursing care to emergency patients
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition in a fast-moving ED setting
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient outcomes
• Administer treatments and medications according to clinical protocols and best practices
• Document patient care clearly and accurately throughout the shift
• Maintain readiness to support a variety of emergency presentations and patient needs
