• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,680 - $1,770
• Call Requirement: 1 day of call per week, plus rotating weekend call
• Weekend Coverage: Required
• Charting: Cerner
• Unit Environment: High-volume operating room with an average daily census of 22 cases

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience
• At least 1 year of Operating Room or in-specialty perioperative experience
• CV surgery and general surgery experience required
• Must be proficient in scrub and circulate roles
• Cardiac, vascular, thoracic, robotics, and general surgery experience strongly preferred
• WV or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted for submission
• BLS certification required
• American Heart Association certifications required when applicable
• Must be able to meet call response expectations
• Minimum 2 manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced operating room setting
• Assist with circulating and scrubbing for a wide variety of surgical procedures
• Support cases across vascular, orthopedic, general surgery, ENT, urology, robotics, and gynecology
• Contribute to high-quality patient outcomes for adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the broader surgical services team
• Maintain strong attention to detail during complex and specialty procedures
• Participate in on-call coverage and respond promptly when scheduled
• Follow facility standards, charting expectations, and compliance requirements
