Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and maintain consistent attendance
• Strong patient assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Experience with hospital nursing, clinical workflows, and interdisciplinary teamwork preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Assess patient condition, monitor progress, and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
• Document patient care accurately and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
• Support patient education and discharge planning as needed
