• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,400 - $2,520
• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Shifts Per Week: 5
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, primarily 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Call Requirements: Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call rotation as needed
• Floating: May float to outpatient surgery as needed
• Charting System: Epic
• Start Date: ASAP

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2-3 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
• 2-3 previous travel nurse assignments preferred
• Orthopedic OR experience required
• Experience passing arms in and out for robotics required
• Experience across multiple surgical specialties strongly preferred
• ACLS and BLS required
• PALS preferred
• Must be comfortable with call responsibilities and a fast-paced surgical workflow
• Epic experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
• Circulate surgical cases and support the surgical team during procedures
• Assist with a broad mix of cases including general surgery, ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedics, robotics, neuro/spine, vascular, trauma, pediatrics, and emergent procedures
• Support call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on unit needs
• Float to outpatient surgery when required
• Document accurately in Epic and maintain strong communication with the surgical team
• Adapt to a high-volume surgical services unit while contributing to efficient room turnover and patient flow
