Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience required
• Experience in perioperative nursing, surgical nursing, or OR clinical support preferred
• Strong experience supporting cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular cases
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
• Willingness to participate in possible on-call coverage as needed

Operating Room RN Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room
• Assist with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care
• Support a wide range of complex surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members
• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, sterile technique, and workflow efficiency
• Adapt to changing surgical needs while delivering professional, compassionate care
