• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,450 - $2,580
• Call Requirement: Possible on-call coverage

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience required
• Experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular surgery cases preferred
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical services setting
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
• Flexibility to support on-call needs as assigned

Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and surgical technologists in maintaining a safe, efficient operating room environment
• Prepare the operating room, equipment, and supplies for scheduled procedures
• Monitor patients closely and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Maintain sterile technique and uphold high standards of patient safety
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient outcomes
• Support complex surgical cases across multiple specialties
