Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of operating room nursing experience required
• Strong background in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular cases
• Experience working in a high-acuity surgical setting preferred
• Excellent teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the operating room
• Support surgical procedures across multiple specialties as an OR nurse
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members
• Maintain a sterile, efficient, and patient-focused OR environment
• Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies for surgical cases
• Adapt to a dynamic schedule and participate in on-call coverage as needed
