Job Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of recent permanent Operating Room RN experience
• Active Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• OR circulator experience required; scrub experience preferred
• Professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty
• Ability to successfully complete required orientation assessments
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills in a surgical services setting

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Serve as an OR circulator and support surgical workflow throughout each shift
• Assist the surgical team in maintaining a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment
• Prepare the operating room, monitor patient status, and help coordinate care during procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical team members to support excellent patient outcomes
• Adapt to a busy surgical schedule while maintaining accuracy, organization, and compassion
