Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Tennessee
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience or related acute care experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Tele experience preferred
• Comfort working night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Experience with Cerner EMR is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult Medical-Surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, care provided, and patient progress in the EMR
• Maintain professional communication and uphold quality standards throughout the travel nursing assignment
