• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,870 - $1,970

• On-Call: Call shifts required based on unit needs, including weekdays and weekends
• Work Environment: Modern surgical services unit with advanced equipment and a team-focused workflow

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Experience supporting surgical cases in a busy OR or perioperative setting
• Strong clinical judgment in a detail-driven, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility to participate in on-call coverage as needed
• Comfort working with surgical technology and standard operating room workflows
• Preferred experience with neurosurgery, urology, general surgery, colorectal, plastics, podiatry, ENT, or orthopedics

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient needs as assigned
• Maintain sterile technique and support surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR team members to support efficient case flow
• Prepare and manage surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies
• Support a patient-centered environment with strong attention to safety and detail
• Participate in call coverage and respond to unit needs as scheduled
• Contribute to a positive, professional culture within the surgical services team
