Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Experience with critical care drips, sedation, ESI triage, and codes
• Strong background in managing STEMI, stroke, and sepsis patients
• Trauma nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications required
• Comfort working in a high-acuity, fast-paced ER environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across a wide range of acuity levels
• Monitor and manage critical care medications, sedation, and rapid interventions
• Respond to codes and assist with emergent stabilization and treatment
• Support care for STEMI, stroke, sepsis, and trauma patients in the emergency department
• Perform and assist with procedures such as intubation, chest tube insertion, and splinting
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, EMTs, LPNs, and support staff to deliver exceptional team-based care
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach in every interaction
