Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts and contribute to a collaborative healthcare team
- Comfortable providing care in a dynamic, high-acuity hospital environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care to medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions, complete assessments, and report changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate charting and uphold quality, safety, and infection control standards
