• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
• Weekend Rotation: Rotating
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,770 - $1,870
• Dress Code: Any color scrubs

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate degree in nursing required
• Current NRP and BLS certifications required
• At least 1 year of experience in a Level III NICU or Level II Special Care Nursery preferred
• 1-2 years of neonatal nursing experience is ideal
• Experience caring for neonates and strong comfort level with infant care
• Ability to float to Mother Baby as needed
• Flexible, dependable, and able to thrive in a collaborative healthcare team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled neonatal nursing care in a Special Care Nursery / NICU environment
• Monitor patients with conditions such as TTN, prematurity, NAS, and feeding issues
• Deliver safe, compassionate acute care with attention to changing acuity levels and patient needs
• Collaborate closely with providers and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes
• Assist with newborn care in Mother Baby when floating is required
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit protocols, safety standards, and best practices
• Contribute to a positive, team-first culture focused on exceptional patient care
