Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
- Current ICU competency and strong critical care nursing skills
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and support weekend/holiday rotations
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to complete required onboarding and clinical compliance items
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to clinical protocols
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Promote patient safety, comfort, and high-quality outcomes in a high-acuity critical care setting
