Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in PACU, recovery, or acute care
• Experience caring for post-operative patients with a variety of surgical needs
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-acuity healthcare environment
• Compliance with onboarding, health screening, and professional documentation requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to patients recovering from anesthesia
• Perform ongoing assessments and monitor physiologic, psychological, and cognitive status
• Support recovery for orthopedic, neurosurgery, general, thoracic, podiatry, and GI procedures
• Collaborate with the surgical and nursing team to ensure smooth patient flow and quality outcomes
• Document patient status and interventions accurately and in a timely manner
• Use the nursing process and established standards of care to guide patient treatment
