• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,710 - $1,800

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of North Carolina or a valid compact license at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing or acute care experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Travel nurse experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted with prior travel experience
• Must be able to float within the hospital as needed
• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
• Two professional supervisory references completed within the last 2 years
• Copy of Nursys required within the last 7 days
• COVID-19 vaccination required, with approved medical or religious exemptions accepted
• Flu vaccination required, with approved medical or religious exemptions accepted

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond appropriately to urgent clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Maintain a professional, patient-focused approach throughout the shift
• Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and assist with floating assignments as required
