• Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
• Schedule: Weekday office hours with autonomy to schedule patient visits
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
• Mileage: Reimbursed between visits, with initial visit mileage handled per agency policy

Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Current CPR certification
• OASIS experience required
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred in home health or a related setting
• Associate degree required
• HCHB experience preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Comfort with wound assessment and guiding wound care plans

Home Health RN Responsibilities

• Complete admissions to home health services
• Provide case management support for assigned patients
• Oversee and guide LPN staff as part of the care team
• Perform skilled nursing visits across the designated coverage area
• Complete accurate OASIS documentation and maintain timely charting
• Assess wounds and support wound care planning as needed
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Manage visits efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient-centered care
