- Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
- Schedule: Weekday office hours with autonomy to schedule patient visits
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
- Mileage: Reimbursed between visits, with initial visit mileage handled per agency policy
Registered Nurse Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Current CPR certification
- OASIS experience required
- At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred in home health or a related setting
- Associate degree required
- HCHB experience preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Comfort with wound assessment and guiding wound care plans
Home Health RN Responsibilities
- Complete admissions to home health services
- Provide case management support for assigned patients
- Oversee and guide LPN staff as part of the care team
- Perform skilled nursing visits across the designated coverage area
- Complete accurate OASIS documentation and maintain timely charting
- Assess wounds and support wound care planning as needed
- Coordinate care with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Manage visits efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient-centered care
