Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience in an acute care setting
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to rotating 12-hour shifts and a fast-paced hospital environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and best practices
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and maintain clear clinical communication
