Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred
• Telemetry nursing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and maintain a reliable schedule
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced adult acute care and telemetry environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients with telemetry needs
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, monitor condition changes, and respond appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and best practices
• Coordinate care plans and communicate patient updates with the healthcare team
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and safe transitions of care
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with facility standards
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care environment
