Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of recent nursery, newborn, or neonatal nursing experience
• Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends
• Travel assignment eligibility may apply, including living more than 50 miles from the assignment location
• All required certifications must be current at time of submission

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to newborns in the nursery setting
• Monitor newborn assessments, vital signs, and overall clinical status
• Support feeding, comfort, and routine care needs for infants
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote positive outcomes for newborns and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns as needed
