Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Experience managing Impellas required
• Experience with targeted temperature management (TTM) required
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts in a high-acuity ICU setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Support advanced cardiac and critical care therapies, including Impella management
• Assist with targeted temperature management protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the nursing team to deliver safe, effective patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit standards throughout each shift
