• Position: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Assignment
• Location: Thomasville, GA
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks with possible extension
• Start Date: September 21, 2026
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Setting: Adult ICU / Critical Care Unit
• Patient Ratio: 2:1 on days, nights, and weekends
• Schedule Highlights: Weekend coverage required; occasional floating to the step-down unit may be needed
• EMR: Cerner / Soarian

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong experience with ventilators, telemetry, and critical care drips
• Experience with ICP monitoring, PA lines, balloon pumps, IV starts, and Swan-Ganz monitoring preferred
• Ability to manage complex adult and geriatric critical care patients
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Comfort working in a fast-paced ICU environment with minimal time off requests

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients
• Monitor ventilated patients and manage complex critical care therapies
• Administer and titrate critical drips according to facility protocols
• Perform IV placement, lab draws, and ongoing assessment of patient condition
• Interpret dysrhythmias and support management of cardiac instability
• Assist with bedside procedures and respond to emergent critical care situations
• Provide care for patients requiring advanced monitoring and specialized interventions
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and promote a safe, efficient care environment
