• Assignment Length: 18 weeks
• Start Date: 6/28/2026
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 to $2,230
• On-Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes
• Travel Area: Boston and surrounding communities

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Associate degree in nursing required
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred; home health or home care experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage a home health caseload
• Strong assessment, documentation, and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a business casual environment
• Ability to complete comprehensive assessments and medication reconciliation accurately

Responsibilities

• Initiate, develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide direct and indirect supervision of home health aides and licensed practical/vocational nurses as appropriate
• Perform supervisory visits and support safe, compliant care delivery
• Deliver skilled nursing services within scope of practice and infection control standards
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and medication reconciliation in a timely manner
• Document patient visits accurately and thoroughly according to policy and payer requirements
• Support patients across Boston and nearby surrounding areas
