Job Details

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 10/5/2026
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour schedule (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Shift Duration: 12 Hour Nights
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,940 - $2,040
• Patient Population: Adults
• Unit Focus: Med/Surg Telemetry with nephrology, urology, benign hematology, and intermediate-care needs
• Call: No call
• Schedule Note: Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• BLS certification required
• EPIC electronic medical record experience required
• Strong telemetry nursing and intermediate care skills
• Experience with IV starts and peripheral line care/management
• Ability to interpret telemetry rhythms and manage dysrhythmias
• Comfort working night shift, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Previous travel nurse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care for adult Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Support care for patients with nephrology, urology, benign hematology, and medical-surgical needs
• Perform IV starts, maintain peripheral access, and assist with non-invasive airway support as needed
• Interpret rhythms and manage dysrhythmias in collaboration with the care team
• Follow isolation precautions and maintain strong infection prevention and control practices
• Document thoroughly and accurately in EPIC
• Float to other units within the organization as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to deliver excellent patient-centered care
