• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
• Holiday Requirement: 1 holiday required
• Float Requirement: May float within scope to other units as needed
• Charting System: Epic
• Orientation: Included prior to start

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• BLS and NRP required
• Epic charting experience required
• Experience in antepartum, labor & delivery, postpartum, mother/baby, and newborn care preferred
• Comfort with fetal monitoring, vaginal delivery support, C-section recovery, and newborn assessment
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holiday coverage as scheduled
• Must be able to float within scope to assist unit needs
• Preferred credentials include AWHONN, ACLS, and STABLE

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care throughout the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum process
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Assist with vaginal deliveries, C-section recovery, and newborn transition care
• Support patient and family education on labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
• Perform nursing interventions such as IV management, medication administration, and fetal monitoring
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to support quality outcomes
• Float as needed within scope to support patient care across related maternal-child areas
• Document accurately and efficiently in Epic
