Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• NRP certification required
• PALS certification required
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented emergency care environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring of patients with acute and emergent needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols and physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, ER staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely care decisions
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
• Respond quickly and professionally to changing patient conditions and emergency situations
• Support a positive patient experience while maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence
