Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of nursing experience required
• Previous ICU or ER experience strongly preferred
• Floor nursing experience preferred
• Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Ability to provide safe, efficient care in a fast-paced PACU and perioperative setting
• Comfort with Expanse documentation preferred
• Preferred advanced experience with ventilators and critical drips
• Professional appearance and adherence to navy blue scrubs

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for post-anesthesia, PACU, and perioperative patients
• Monitor patients closely and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Support procedures and unit activity as needed, including bedside interventions
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe patient flow and effective recovery care
• Maintain accurate and timely charting in Expanse
• Follow unit-specific policies, safety standards, and documentation guidelines
• Participate in call coverage as scheduled and contribute to smooth unit operations
• Use available equipment and clinical resources to support excellent patient outcomes
